Our Story

KiteSUP Cook Islands began from humble beginnings in 2010 with a simple vision—to share the excitement of kitesurfing with others. In the early days, it was just one kite, a handmade sign on the beach, and plenty of patience while waiting for people to wander by. From those small beginnings, KiteSUP has grown into the Cook Islands' premier kiteboarding, wingfoiling, and paddleboarding centre.

Today, we're proud of how far the business has come and look forward to sharing our passion, knowledge, and experience with every guest. While watersports are at the heart of what we do, it's the unforgettable experiences, personal achievements, and lasting friendships that make KiteSUP truly special.

 

 

 

Brynn Acheson

Originally from Montana, USA, Brynn Acheson moved to the Cook Islands in 2010 to pursue and share her passion for kitesurfing. She is a Level 3 Kiteboarding Instructor and is certified in both Pilates and Yoga. Brynn enjoys helping students build confidence on the water and celebrating their progress every step of the way.

Outside of teaching, she enjoys rock climbing, cooking, skiing, hiking, snow kiting, solving puzzles, and sharing plenty of laughter.

 

 

 

Ina Nooroa

Born and raised in the Cook Islands, Ina Nooroa discovered kitesurfing in 2010 and has been passionate about the sport ever since. He is dedicated to progressing his riding, developing new ideas for the business, and producing creative photo and video content that showcases the beauty of the Cook Islands and the excitement of watersports.

Ina is passionate about giving back to his community and sharing the natural beauty, culture, and spirit of his island home with visitors from around the world.
